Ordering furniture and fixtures is a simple process
1. Initial consultation
Please email or call us for an initial consultation. We’ll ask for a rough description of what you want, including furniture style and size. If you don’t know any of these details yet, don’t worry!
2. Initial proposal
Once we get a general idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll offer some suggestions and price estimates. If you’re still not sure about the details after our initial consultation, we’ll offer a proposal after our in-person consultation instead.
3. In-person consultation
If you’re happy to go ahead (no commitment yet!), we’ll meet in person to discuss the details. We would prefer to meet you at the site where the furniture or fixture will be placed. This way, we’ll have a better idea of what your needs are, as well as make the necessary measurements. If you prefer to meet elsewhere, that’s fine, too. We’re happy to accommodate your wishes.
4. Final proposal
Once we’ve established the details, we’ll send you an order form that includes a few options (with visuals) you can choose from. We can send the proposal via email or regular mail.
5. Placing an order
Upon considering our proposal, please feel free to ask any questions or request any changes. If you are happy with our proposal, please send written confirmation. A 50% deposit will be required at this point.
Delivery is free on O'ahu. We will deliver your furniture on a day and time that is convenient free. Payment of the rest (50%) of the fee is required upon delivery.
